FLIGHTS & TRANSFERS
You need a flight to Fuerteventura, airport code FUE. We request that you arrive in time for the 4pm Liveaboard Safety brief. On arrival at Fuerteventura airport, you can either take a private transfer, local bus, taxi or shuttle bus to Corralejo.
A taxi is around 60 – 70 euros or we can arrange a private transfer with a local person for 45euros each way. We can sometimes arrange this for 55Euros after 7pm.
Please Note the Local Bus/Shuttle buses are only suggested for flights scheduled to land prior to 1pm as they can take up to 3 hours to make the 40 minute trip. The return shuttle bus is around £12 if booked in advance. You can book the shuttle bus at Shuttle direct or Hoppa.
There is also a local bus service from the airport. You take bus number 3 from the airport to Puerto del Rosario, where you change buses for bus number 6 to Corralejo. The journey takes around 1 hour and a half – approximately 6 euros.
We would then ask you to make your way to our yachts which are situated in the marina of Corralejo (see map above) Any problems please call Alex on 00 34 602 386 748. You can leave your bags at the yachts and enjoy the local restaurants and cafes until returning at 4pm for the “liveaboard” safety brief.
Please do note, we cannot meet crew whose flights are not scheduled to land in time to get them to the yachts for the 4pm briefing and we request that you book in to a hotel/apartment and join the yacht on Sunday morning at 10am. If your flight is delayed, we will of course meet you as this is out of your control.
